Canadian makes thousands of dollars smuggling water into the U.S.

Cindy McNeil is a Canadian water smuggler. Every other day she makes the short trip from British Columbia, Canada into Washington state with a trunk load of fresh Canadian water to sell, for profit, to an American water buyer.

“It’s such an easy way to make money,” claims McNeil, “Canada has tons of the stuff. It’s just sitting there. And the Americans need it bad.”
According to sources who wanted to remain anonymous, the water sells for up to $60 USD per litre and will end up wherever there is a demand for water – from watering lawns in California to filling a fountain in Las Vegas.

This Is That Video went undercover with McNeil as she made a sale to learn more about the dangerous world of Canadian water smuggling.
